I’ve lived my life by two words: Stay Frosty.
My journey started in the Marine Corps, where I first learned that survival depends on situational awareness. I carried that mission into the fire service, protecting my community through every alarm. But my toughest test didn't happen in uniform—it happened when life hit a breaking point. I’ve gone from the pride of being a Fire Academy Class President to the humility of living out of my car after a divorce.
Those moments of struggle taught me more about "readiness" than any manual ever could. I know what it’s like to have nothing but your wits and your will. I founded Stay Frosty Consulting to share those hard-earned lessons. Whether I’m training a corporate team on active shooter protocols or teaching a family how to build a bug-out plan, my goal is simple: to make sure you are never a victim of your circumstances.
